I have a Saitek x52 flight control system that will not install the Saitek drivers, the micro soft drivers install instead. Without the Saitek driver the program software for the flight control system will not find the x52. I have tested the x52 on a window 7 machine and the driver install program runs and the drivers are installed correctly. In turn the program software work then on the win 7 machine. When the same driver install software is ran on the win 8 machine it stalls out and fails to complete the install. I have tried installing it as the admin, downloading the latest drivers and programing software from Saitek, ask the Saitek customer support for help, all of these have had not positive results. It appears the driver install program fails to find the x52.
