Skyrim Legendary Edition Fixes Bugsy

So it's obvious that Skyrim Special Edition will have better graphics. But will it patch any bugs or maybe add anything Bethesda intented to add into the game in the original release in 2011, but ran out of time to do? I really hope that this is more than just a graphical improvement as well as a 64 bit engine. There's some really game breaking bugs that Bethesda never patched. And this is an opportunity to do so. If it's only a graphics improvement, they should have started working on TES6 instead, IMHO. Anyone else that has any thoughts in this? Install Codestriker Windows.

Would love some replies of what other people think. And hopefully we can also have a nice discussion without anyone behaving like a jerk. Its a shame that we don't have many more details on what the special edition entails yet. Hopefully that will be forthcoming.

Skyrim Legendary Edition Fixes Bugs Bunny. Skyrim Legendary Edition is coming this June By Shaun Prescott Shares The inevitable bumper edition of The Elder. Driver Usb For Suzuki Piano. Is Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Legendary Edition PS3. The Legendary Edition has no new fixes it has the same patch i now have on my. It will always have bugs.

I think that Bethesda *are* already working on TES6. In fact, I think its been hinted at if not confirmed in other threads. This special edition will have come as well as that. Bethesda Game Studios are a pretty big company by now and it makes sense that there work force will be split across multiple projects---the 'law of diminshing returns' and all that. I'd like to think they've done some bug fixing as well---though I have experienced very few bugs during my own playthrough I can appreicate that many others have and that some of those bugs have been, as you say, rather game breaking.

It would make sense that some bug fixing would happen during the port to current-gen consoles and so we will see that too on the PC side. Only time will tell I guess. When asked whether the remaster will include content changes or additions, Bethesda reps have thus far only replied 'it's the base game and DLCs'. Some engine fixes may be present, but the vast majority of bugs in the game are buried in the ESP / ESM data files. I suspect we're better off if they leave those data files as close to their original states as possible. Any changes they make have the potential to make mod porting drastically harder (bearing in mind we already know old mods won't work 'as is', but will need to be re-saved through a new Creation Kit!). Yeah, that's what I thought about content and stuff.

And I agree, It's best to not change the data files too much. Just hoping that some serious bugs will be fixed. Glad that everybody is civil. That's a really good point!

As you say, there will already be some work to make old mods work with whatever changes they've made. The more changes they make the harder it will be.

Did you see the news that the people who work on SKSE will definitely be supporting the Special Edition as well? Yes, though it's not all roses.

One thing that's been pointed out is that FO4 doesn't have a completed script extender yet, and that game's been out since last year. We don't know if the remaster is going to end up on that engine or if they're just backporting stuff, but either way that suggests porting SKSE won't be fast. Rumour also has it that one of the SKSE devs isn't interested in porting his part of it. Sure someone else could handle it, but I dunno how complex or extensive his contributions are. Long story short I'll be surprised if the remaster has a functionally equivalent version of SKSE before the year is out.
